Adjudica in Claude and ChatGPT
Ask about public tenders in a chat
Connect Adjudica to Claude or ChatGPT. When you ask about tenders, public bodies or prices in Portugal, the AI fetches the data from Adjudica and answers with the source and date of every figure. You can ask in English; tender titles and names stay in Portuguese, as published.
What the AI can fetch from Adjudica
Six things, all read-only: the AI looks things up and never changes anything in your account.
- Open tenders“Which cleaning tenders are open in the Braga district above 50,000 euros?”
- Public body profile“Who wins most at a town council in my district, and how far below the maximum do they usually go?”
- Company profile“Which public bodies does this company sell to, and what is its success rate over the last 12 months?”
- Likely winning price“What price should win this 200,000 euro tender, and how confident is that?”
- Contracts coming to an end“Which maintenance contracts end in the next 6 months in Lisbon, and who holds them?”
- Search“Find a public body's tax number (NIF) by its name and show me its open tenders.”
Who it is for
For people who already use Claude or ChatGPT every day and want answers about public procurement in Portugal backed by data they can check, without copying and pasting. It comes with Pro and above. Each person creates their own key, so in a team everyone connects their own account and can revoke it without affecting the others.
How to connect
- Sign in to Adjudica and open Your account → Connect to AI.
- Give the key a name (for example, “Claude”) and click Create key.
- Copy the personal address that appears. We only show it once, so keep it safe like a password.
In Claude
- Open Settings, then Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Under name, type “Adjudica”, and under URL paste your personal address. Click Add.
- In a chat, check that Adjudica is switched on in the tools menu, then ask.
In ChatGPT
- Open Settings, then Apps & Connectors, and under Advanced settings turn on Developer mode.
- Click Create. Under name, type “Adjudica”, and under URL paste your personal address.
- For authentication, choose No authentication (the key is already in the address), confirm and create.
- In a chat, pick Adjudica from the + button and ask.
In other apps
Adjudica is an MCP connector, the open standard that Claude, ChatGPT and other apps use to connect services. In apps that accept a header, use the address https://adjudica.eu/api/mcp with Authorization: Bearer followed by your key.
Your key, your rules
- Read-only: the AI looks up public procurement data. It cannot see your bids, notes or documents.
- You see when each key was last used and can revoke any of them in one click. Once revoked, it stops working straight away.
- We keep only a fingerprint of the key, never the key itself. If you lose it, create another.
- Each key accepts up to 60 requests per minute, enough for a conversation and a brake on mistakes.
- If your plan stops including the connection, the AI gets a clear message saying so, and the key works again when you go back to Pro.
The data comes from Portal BASE (the Portuguese public contracts portal) and the Diário da República (the official gazette). Answers always show the source and the date of the last update; when the source doesn't have the information, the answer says so.
