Who provides the service

Plans and payment

• Starter (personal or company account): free, with no card and no time limit.
• Analyst: €12 per month or €120 per year (personal account).
• Essential: €49 per month or €490 per year.
• Pro: €149 per month or €1,490 per year.
• Business: €349 per month or €3,490 per year.
• Enterprise: €1,490 per month or €14,900 per year; also by bank transfer, on terms agreed in writing.
• Each plan includes what is described on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe.

The prices shown are final: VAT does not apply, under the exemption in art. 53.º do CIVA (article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code). Payment is made through Stripe; we do not store your card details. If the subscription starts with free days, we only charge at the end of them and, if you cancel before then, you pay nothing.

The 30-day offer on Pro, Business and Enterprise is available once per account, person and company, requires a subscription and a card, and is subject to the eligibility rules. Anyone who accepts it is subscribed and is charged at the end of the 30 days unless they cancel.

With a card (or another payment method that allows it), the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or annual. With MB WAY or Multibanco, you pay for each period when it begins. You may cancel at any time in Plan and invoices: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, you keep the plan until then, and we do not refund the remaining part of the period.

If we change the price, we will notify you by email in advance, and the new price only applies from the first renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.

Adjudica is a service for businesses. If you nevertheless subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 days from the subscription to withdraw without giving any reason (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, the Portuguese law on distance contracts): write to contacto@adjudica.eu and we will refund what you paid, less the period in which you have already used Pro.

Emails we send you

With an account you receive the service emails: the account confirmation, the alerts you set up, the invoices and notices about the account or the subscription. We also send you news and offers from Adjudica, as we tell you when you create the account. You can switch these off whenever you wish, through the link in each of those emails or in Your account, without changing anything in your plan, your alerts or an offer already granted. This is not a condition of these terms; the details are in the privacy policy.

The data comes from public sources

The figures come from Portal BASE (the Portuguese public contracts portal, run by IMPIC), through dados.gov.pt, and from the Diário da República (the official gazette). These sources may contain errors, delays or gaps, and we may make mistakes when combining them. Each screen shows the source and the date of the last update; before an important decision, check on base.gov. The reference price is a statistic based on past contracts, not a guarantee of any result.

This is not legal advice

This is decision support: it does not replace reading the tender documents or the advice of a lawyer. The bid, the price and the decision to bid are yours.

AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence: the summaries of a tender's documents and the automatic answers to the questions you ask about them. The AI may make mistakes or leave something out: before you bid, check the documents.

Your account

• An account belongs to one person: one email and one company. Do not share access to your account.
• The company on the account must be a legal person; NIFs (tax numbers) of natural persons cannot be used.
• You may delete the account whenever you wish, in Your account.

Acceptable use

By using the service, you undertake not to:

• carry out mass scraping or automated access that overloads the service;
• resell or redistribute the aggregated data, the reports or the profiles as your own product or service;
• circumvent the request limits or attempt to access another person's account.

If this happens, we may suspend or delete the account.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but on Starter and Pro we do not guarantee a service level: there may be interruptions, for example during maintenance or when the public sources fail. We may improve or change features; if we remove something relevant from Pro, we will notify those who have it by email.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from decisions taken on the basis of the data, or for periods in which the service is unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For any question, write to contacto@adjudica.eu. If you are a consumer, you may also use the Livro de Reclamações (the official complaints book) or an alternative consumer dispute resolution body (list at consumidor.gov.pt).
